Outlook 2000 - Save Messages Setting
This document will help you set Outlook 2000 so that it does not save messages on the mail server.
Open Outlook 2000. In the Tools menu, select Accounts. Once the "Internet Accounts" dialog is open, click the Mail tab. Make sure your CoreComm account is highlighted.
Click the Properties button and then click the Advanced tab.
Under the heading of Delivery the checkbox that reads "Leave a copy of messages on server" should not be checked. If it is checked, uncheck it.
Click OK. Once back to the "Internet Accounts" dialog, click the Close button.
Outlook 2000 is now configured to remove messages from the server after downloading them.
