Macintosh MailApp - Save Messages Setting
This document will help you set Macintosh MailApp so that it does not save messages on the mail server.
Open MailApp. In the Mail menu, select Preferences.
Highlight your CoreComm account and click the Edit button.
On the Advanced tab, the checkbox that reads "Remove copy from server after retrieving a message" should be checked. If it is not checked, check it. Next, select Right Away from the drop down box beneath the checkbox.
Click OK and then OK again.
Macintosh MailApp is now configured to remove messages from the server after downloading them.
