Changing Your User Name
Windows 3.1 with Shiva Dialer

You can follow these instructions for changing your user name in Windows 3.1 with the Shiva dialer program. For assistance with a different operating system or dialing program, please see the listing of documented platforms. If you need further assistance, please contact our Technical Support department.

In order to change your login name using the Shiva dialer, you must first run the dialer application. If you are unsure of how to do this, please consult the documentation that came with your software or contact Technical Support.

Once you have the dialer screen, all you need to do is add @core.com after your User Name. Example: if your old user name was john, your new user name should read john@core.com. Your password and the phone number should both remain the same.

Once you have made this change, you may close this window. (Click on the box in the upper left corner of the window and select Close) If you are prompted to save changes, select Yes.
